Let's sit down and chat!

This 1890s brick bungalow has been transformed into a bright, welcoming, and functional home while honouring its historic character. Previously dark and compartmentalised, the interior now enjoys abundant natural light with spaces thoughtfully designed for modern living. Past renovations had cluttered the gorgeous north facing decks with dated bathrooms - now relocated within the footprint to prioritise daily living.

The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area, creating a warm, inviting heart for communal life. The living space is light-filled and comfortable, with room for relaxation, television, and books.

Three bedrooms now provide flexible accommodation, with two en suites and a separate bathroom and powder room for visitors. Dedicated study areas ensure privacy and productivity, while practical upgrades like a relocated laundry and smart storage (always a challenge in these older homes) make everyday living effortless. The renovation strikes a balance between heritage charm and contemporary comfort, creating a home ready to be enjoyed for years to come.
