Puriri Lodge rests at the end of a quiet country lane in Franklin with extensive northern views across the surrounding country side. The house comprises three generously sized gable pavilions which spread across the site. This home is built for intergenerational living, with a central living room - double height, spacious and light filled - allowing space for all the extended family to gather, opening out to covered out door entertainment areas. A second kitchen, living space and bedroom wing enjoys the same northern aspect, separate but joined by single door, and with its own external entrance. The Eastern most pavilion has been pivoted around a protected Puriri Tree which forms the focal point to the beautiful gardens on arrival and is enjoyed from inside as well.
