A bulk and feasibility study undertaken to explore maximising a challenging site for a client in Pukekohe. The study took into account all planning controls which could affect the site, particularly rolling height in relation to boundary controls on a sloping site, and allowed the client to explore all of the options available to them when considering the development and future of the property. An apartment and a terrace option were put forward for consideration.
